Feasibility studies

MILCO engineers conduct feasibility studies to assist clients with the determination of need for remedial alternatives to meet a set of objectives that are protective of human health and the environment. MILCO engineers conduct basic evaluations of defined remedial alternatives, including containment and no-action, for effectiveness, implementability and cost. Remedial alternatives with the most favorable composite evaluation are retained for more detailed analysis. Additional investigations are conducted, if needed, to assist clients make informed decisions regarding effectiveness, implementability and cost which may differ for soils and groundwater, and for different portions of a site.
