MILCO engineers assist clients with turnkey project management which consolicate the accountability for scheduling, communication and coordination among subcontractors. For complex, multifaceted projects, MILCO engineers recommend such turnkey arrangements to clients to ensure that cost and schedule are controlled and all contractual obligations are fulfilled without any delays or lapses. Clients will be assisted by a single project manager appointed by MILCO engineers who will have sole responsibilities for the entire team of in-house and subcontractor assets.
