Phase 1 Site Assessment

MILCO offers Phase I Environmental Assessment services to clients to enable them to satisfy the provisions of Section 107 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). The firm also provides the purchaser of a property with protections from liability for any previous activities that may have resulted in environmental contamination on the property. MILCO applies the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) method E 1527-05, for conducting Environmental Site Assessments.
